As a dedicated Technical Recruiter, Shree is lauded for her ability to connect with her candidates and clients easily. Her superb networking skills and Sherlock-like research abilities have stood her in good stead throughout her career, allowing her to bring her HR and talent acquisition background forward and continue to draw upon it to give the best service. In the past two years, Shree has made it her mission to build her IT recruitment experience to better understand her clients’ needs. In her efforts, she has built a deep network of diverse candidates to draw from.

With a degree in Avionics and a Master of Science (Aviation), Shree understands the value of having a niche skillset and has demonstrated this in her work across Australian and Indian markets. Her skills lie in KPI implementation, candidate management, time management and targeted business development.

Shree is passionate about the connections she can build between highly talented candidates and the right job. She gains satisfaction from securing those connections and nurturing her relationships. Shree keeps herself calm and centred when cooking for family and friends. Outside the workplace, she loves listening to podcasts and absorbing information about her hometown.
